Service Programs and Rates

We would like to thank you for considering us for your service needs.  Our rates are $70 for the first hour (one hour minimum) and $60 per labor hour after the first hour.  If you have any questions regarding our rates, please call 336.451.4969.

Spring Startup ONLY: ($70 Charge)

• Check Adjustment of All Heads
• Activate System and Check for Leaks
• Inspect Drip Lines for Leaks
• Set a Spring Program on the Controller (Home Owner will need to adjust timer as needed)
• Inspect Rain Sensor
• Spring Startups Will Be Done In March and April
• Up to Sixteen Zones *

Winterization ONLY: ($70 Charge)

• Blow Out All Pipes, Heads, and Valves With Compressed Air
• Shut Water Off to System
• Winterizations Will Be Done in November and December
• Up to Sixteen Zones *

Basic Plan:  Two Visits Per Year ($120 Charge)

• This plan includes winterization in November or December, followed by Spring Startup in March or April.  This plan covers systems up to sixteen zones. *

Standard Plan:  Four Visits Per Year ($240 Charge)

• This plan includes winterization in November and December, followed by Spring Startup in March or April.  The third visit will be in June or July to fine tune system.  The fourth visit will be in August or September to check the system's operation.  This plan covers systems up to sixteen zones. *
